Our Shichimi Togarashi Blend provides an authentic umami flavouring from Japanese cuisine. It is perfect to finish a dish adding heat, sweetness and saltiness, providing depth of flavour. It is great used on soups, with udon noodles and also as a marinade. A little goes a long way. As always our blends are vegan friendly. Contains Sesame Seeds and Seaweed. (may contain traces of Fish)
