This sherry vinegar has been aged for 20 years in oak barrels in the PDO region of Jerez, Spain. The ageing gives a dark mahogany colour with powerful aroma.
Aged for 20 years in American oak barrels, Capriete 20 is made from the Palomino grape and has an intense dark mahogany colour and a powerful aroma of vanilla, dried fruits and wine soaked wood.
Due to its high concentration in acidity and aromas it is best used in small quantities. This exceptional Sherry Vinegar will enhance flavours in dressings, cold sauces, as well as marinades for meats and fish.
