Royal Air Force Tea For Heroes English Breakfast Tin 50g
Sold by: Rare Tea Company
Traditional English Breakfast tea, with a more delicate flavour than modern versions. It has soft florals balanced by smooth, malty notes.
RAFA Tea for Heroes is a very traditional British tea of the like we haven't seen for many years. It comes from two beautiful, independent tea gardens; the Makaibari Estate in Darjeeling, India and Satemwa Estate on Thyolo Mountain in Malawi. Both are committed to creating the finest tea using sustainable practices to benefit both the land and the people who live on it.
Smooth and malty, can be enjoyed with or without milk
The tea was first created for Terry Clark, a veteran of the Battle of Britain. It was a great honour to make tea for him. 50p of the price you pay goes to the RAF Association Wings Appeal repaying just a little of what so many of us owe to so few.
Prep & Usage
This tea is best brewed with 90 degree water, for 1 to 3 minutes depending on preference of strength, and can be infused at least twice, making sure to strain all tea off the leaves into your cup.
