The best-seller at our London gin bars! We only add around 4.5g of honey per 1L of Rhubarb Gin, which is more for smoothness than sweetness. The best way of describing Roobee Rhubarb Gin is fruity, refreshing and subtly sweet, which can make a mean G&T or cocktail.
Key botanicals inside our "Roobee" Rhubarb Gin: Fresh rhubarb ("Roo") provides her distinctively fruity rhubarb taste. Locally-sourced London honey ("Bee") 🍯 is added before and after the distillation to give her that elegantly smooth and subtle sweetness.

50ml Roobee Gin, ginger ale, garnish with a slice of zesty orange
Not a fan of tonic? No problemo. Serve 50ml Roobee Gin with lemonade and top with strawberries a mint
Rhubarb Spritz: 40ml Roobee Gin, 20ml sugar syrup, 20ml fresh lemon juice, top with prosecco or sparkling wine
