The Shorrock family have been making Lancashire cheese for generations. This much-loved cheese bomb was originally made by son Andrew as a leaving present for his friend, who was emigrating to America. This was the start of this amazing product.

Beyond Lovely!!
Liz02/10/2019This has got to be my favourite cheese ever!!! Deliciously rich and combined with the red onion, the two could not possibly have worked better!!! This is definitely going back into my shopping basket!! Loved loved loved it!!!!
