A rare artisan honey collected from the Southern Great Plain countryside. Hawthorn is a species of a shrub, widely used in medicine for cardiovascular disease. This honey has a rich, dark amber colour. It has a delicate, light sweet-floral aroma with a nutty aftertaste. The nutty aftertaste is a result of presence of propolis, which is used to seal off beehives and their honey. Presented in a smart glass jar this delicious honey captures the essence of the countryside and is produced using eco-friendly techniques.
