Having lived in Belgium for 15 years we enjoyed many Raclette's with family & friends so when we moved back to the UK we wanted to share the experience with family & friends here. Having tried in vain to find quality cheese I ordered from the Food Market. The cheese was SUPERB - best ever. The order process , delivery , confirmation etc were also extremely well managed.
We have now had 4 orders in total and will continue to order from them.

I ordered a Kilo from the food market as i had a birthday party coming up and and wanted to serve Raclette, the FM they said they could deliver on time for the event! The order arrived promptly and was very satisfactory. I would order from here again.
La Raclette is a mountain cheese made with both whole, unpasteurised milk. Half the wheel is traditionally melted over a fire and scraped over potatoes and charcuterie. It is a wonderful cheese which liberates all of the raw milk flavours from mountain pastures. It’ll warm your cold winters!
