Made from hand-harvested and kiln-roasted Sicilian green pistachios to produce a sweet flavour and creamy texture.
Grown in eastern Sicily, Sicilian pistachios are known as the 'volcanic' pistachios as they are grown in the area around Mount Etna. They are slightly longer and thinner than other varieties from other parts of the world. They have an intense aroma and a stronger and sharper taste, partly due to the volcanic soil from where they grow.
Spread on toast, use as filling for cakes, pancakes and macarons, or stir into vanilla ice-cream or frozen yoghurt for a nutty twist.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
