This is by far my favourite chilli sauce. I have added it to mayonnaise to give it a little kick and I add to as seasoning to pretty much everything, my bean crock, lasagne, spag bol, the list goes on. You'll need to experiment with quantities as it is very hot but once you know how much to put in, you'll never buy anything else! And it lasts AGES! Love it x
Handmade Pimata Chilli Sauce can be used as a spicy spread on wraps, sandwiches, baguettes, fajitas, enchiladas, pies and so much more! It couldn't be easier! Stir some in to soup, broth, stews or salsa to add a touch of spice. It's ready to use straight from the jar to complement your food. You can even add it to honey, yoghurt, mayonnaise, ketchup or any of your favourite ingredients to make your own spicy dip or marinade.
Handmade in Jersey. Recommended serving per person: half a teaspoon or less.

Kerwin Mohun is the founder of Twin Islands Limited, the company which makes the very hot Pimata Chilli Sauce. The recipe which was invented by his late father, AjitRamchandar Mohun in his native Mauritius.
Now living in Jersey, Kerwin named the company Twin Islands Limited - Twin as two sisters the Islands of Mauritius and Jersey.
The chilli sauce was branded 'Pimata', a made up Mauritian word - first one 'Pima', a derivative of the French word 'Piment' meaning chilli and 'Ta', meaning awe. In short, The Awesome Chilli Sauce.
The making of Pimata from Mauritius to Jersey has been a long and very exciting one and they hope you enjoy the chilli sauce which they love making for you.
