Made from a traditional Peruvian recipe only fresh chillies, not dried, and all natural ingredients, with no artificial flavours, colours or additives. The sauce contains pure fresh chillies giving them a distinctive rich, natural flavour, not just heat. This is a wonderful creamy, garlic sauce, mild heat, and with a little acidity after note.
