African Volcano sauce and seasoning rub duo contains:
1x Peri Peri Sauce 240ml - hot strength 240ml
1x Peri Peri Seasoning rub 80g - hot strength
Contain four cultivars of chillies: Scotch bonnet; African Birds Eye; Dorset Naga and Facing Heaven.
Sauce has the flavours of tomato, herbs, garlic and onion. 4 seconds later, you'll get the heat and the flavour of the chillies. The flavour lingers, then dissipates after around 10-15minutes

With the spice rub-seasoning, it can be used as follows:
Dry - 5g/ 1teaspoon per 250g portion of meat/ fish. Use fresh lemon to lift the flavours; Use sauce to reinforce.
Some ideas in using the dry version: to sprinkle over pasta/ popcorn/ omelettes/ making biltong/ jerky etc
Wet - 10g/ 2teaspoon +30ml Oil/ water/ wine per 500g portion of meat/ fish. Use fresh lemon to lift the flavours; Use sauce to reinforce.
The sauce contains a trace of Xanthan Gum 0.1% and Potassium Sorbate 0.2% (to thicken and stabilise) to prevent a number of our authentic ingredients interacting and starting a process of fermentation.
