This set includes:

  250g Cave Aged: Our very own cheddar, cloth bound and matured in natural caves in Somerset to give a distinctive fruity and nutty bite. This cheese is made with vegetarian rennet but due to lard being used to adhere the cloth to the rind, it cannot be classed as a vegetarian product.


• 
  250g Grana Padano: A fabulous hard cheese from northern Italy, this is great piled on top of Italian dishes or as an ingredient in any recipe that requires hard cheese.


• 
  250g Comté Jeune: A young and versatile comté. Perfect in sandwiches, sauces or grilled.
