Panch Phoron blend is a traditional Bengali five spice. This is a whole spice blend, designed to be lightly toasted before adding other ingredients. It can be used in curries, stews and even to spice up a salad with some crunch and layers of flavour.

Add a little oil to a pan and lightly toast the spices for a minute or two to release aromas and then add in your other ingredients to create a range of tasty meals.
Shelf life: Our spices are produced to be used immediately whilst really fresh, with this in mind we advise to use spices within 6 months, although the actual best before is closer to 1 year
