The UK's first certified organic, additive free whey protein, made with organic milk from grass fed cows. With a neutral flavour and creamy texture it's a really versatile ingredient in smoothies and home baking and tastes great just mixed with water or milk too. Our humanely sourced organic whey is gently filtered at low temperatures resulting in creamy neutral tasting organic whey protein powder, perfect for adding a dash of extra protein to your favourite recipes.
Each serving gives you all the essential amino acids and branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) naturally present in the whey, making it a perfect vegetarian protein source.
About our Whey
Our award winning pure unflavoured organic whey protein is made with whey from organic milk produced by grass fed cows, and nothing else. It has a lovely neutral creamy taste, making it perfect for a quick protein shake but it’s also versatile enough to mix into yoghurt, porridge, smoothies or many of your favourite foods too. With more than 19 grams of protein per serving, along with all the branched chain and essential amino acids naturally present in the whey, this is an excellent source of vegetarian protein.
As part of our commitment to higher welfare farming we give 25p to Compassion in World Farming for every pack sold, which we’ve been doing since day one, raising thousands to date for this great cause.
Animal welfare is by far the biggest reason why here at The Organic Protein Company we choose to consume organic dairy products, whether it’s cheese, butter, milk or whey protein. With living standards for cows and other farm animals being the highest under organic than other commercial farming systems, this absolutely reason enough to go organic. The cows are raised outdoors on open pastures, with the rest coming from organic cereals and grains. Even when indoors during the winter, by law they must have plenty of room to move about, with clean dry bedding, fed hay and provided with natural light. These are legal requirements under organic guidelines, which is something that can’t be said for regular commercial dairy farms.
