Designed to deal with 99% of all 'Free From' requests! No gluten, no eggs, no dairy, no nuts. Sweetened with dates only. Moist and chocolatey although chocolate free! Made with low fat carob instead.

Prep & Usage
Dress it up to make a birthday cake. Tibits Restaurant in London use it in their Black Forest Torte - split & drizzle with Kirsch, fill with Morello cherries and top with vegan cream!
