This organic, vegan mix makes burger making at home quick and easy. Packed with organic soya, quinoa, capers and tomatoes these vegan burgers are full of Mediterranean flavour! Simply add water and olive oil and follow the instructions below.
Prep & Usage
Place the contents of the package into a bowl, add 200ml of water and a tsp of extra virgin olive oil, knead and let the mixture rest for at least 10 minutes. Make 4 burgers with a diameter of around 7/8 cm. The burgers can either be lightly fried or cooked in the oven. To fry: brown the veggie burgers for 4 minutes on each side in sunflower oil. Pat with kitchen roll and serve hot accompanied with your chosen garnish wanted. To oven cook: at 200°c for about 20 minutes turning after 10 minutes.
