Cover in plenty of hot water. Soak for 10 mins before draining. Add to salads, sandwiches or pizzas. Or rinse and add directly into fish pies, soups, stews, omelettes or rice dishes.
Dress up with a squeeze of lemon juice, a dash of olive oil, garlic, paprika, chilli and black pepper.

Ethical because they work with local businesses who employ local people who have worked and lived by the coast for generations. Helping to maintain and generate employment within these coastal communities is another positive outcome of eating seaweed. It's simple: the more people who love seaweed, the better for more people.
