The Coconut Company's organic coconut sugar is a naturally rich unrefined sweetener derived from the sap of the flower blossom of the coconut tree. The sap is gently heated to obtain brown sweet crunchy sugar crystals that retain the vitamins and minerals extracted from the coconut blossom.
A natural alternative to processed sugars and artificial sweeteners. A pure and unrefined sugar with a low GI. Perfect for those wanting to avoid spiking their blood sugar.
100% organic certified. As it retains trace nutrients that come from the coconut sap, it is regarded by some as a healthier alternative to regular white sugar. Its also lower in calories per 100g.
