The delicious seeds and grains add a lovely flavour. All our wholegrain flour is freshly milled in our bakery from gluten-free grains and pulses. Doughs are fermented for 12-15 hours without added yeast. This is bread you can eat and cook with; and you can freeze it.
This is whole food as all the vitamins and minerals listed are naturally present in the ingredients. Some say this is the most like 'normal bread' - soft and easy - it does everything!
Makes about seven slices. Great for canapes, croutons or finger dips.
Shelf life: Best before summer 4 days (winter 5 days). Suitable for freezing.
