Type: Organic, Rose Sparkling, PDO Mantinia
Varietal Composition: Moschofilero - Agiorgitiko
Region: Mantinia, Peloponnese
Vinification techniques: The Moschofilero variety is the most suitable for making sparkling wine. Ode Panos proved us to be right. After careful vinification of the organically grown grapes from Domaine Spiropoulos's vineyards, we transfer the still base wine into special tanks and a second alcoholic fermentation is initiated.
Analytical Data: Alcohol: 12% vol., Total acidity: 6.75g/l., Residual sugar: 13.39g/l., pH: 3.23
Tasting characteristics: The freshness and sophisticated flavour of Moshofilero is trapped inside the bubbles of this rose sparkling wine, where the aromas of the yeasts ideally supplement the aromas of roses and citrus fruits. The Ode Panos Rose with its vivid colour, rich aromatic bouquet and intense after-taste is an ideal accompaniment for appetisers, sweets and fruits.
