Harvested in Castro Marim born after the crystallization process and the manual collection of fleur de sel - from June to September, when the first waters are collected. These waters, with the high density of minerals, have a special composition, highly concentrated in minerals, and 80% less of Sodium relative to regular Sea Salt. Used in cooking, seasoning and applied to a finished plate 1-3 sprays to taste.
