La Cancoillotte with Mustard is a wonderfully runny cheese which definitely requires a serious load of bread (unless you enjoy licking your fingers)! Made from fermented whey, melted with a bit of water and a small amount of butter, it can be plain or flavoured. Only your creativity defines how many uses it has.
