Our Meat Rub is a sure fire way of adding mouth-watering flavour to all your red meat dishes, it's a tasty blend of salt, dill weed, parsley, thyme, garlic and black pepper, a combination of herbs and spices that really enhances rich meaty flavours making it a perfect rub for steaks and roasts that will imparts a delicious savoury note with peppery undertones. You can use this rub as a dry marinade for beef, lamb and veal, it goes really well with steak, simple give your chosen meat a generous coating of this rub and leave to marinade for 1 hour, or overnight in the fridge if possible to allow the flavours to permeate the meat. Add to homemade rissoles, sausages, burgers, and cottage pie bases for extra flavour. Add as a seasoning to stews and casseroles, this rub can even be added to your dumpling mix to make delicious savoury dumpling to accompany a stew, add to savoury crumble toppings, pies and breadcrumb coatings for meat.
