This journey began when mum and daughter team, Maxine and Donna, started a tiny vegetarian café on the beautiful island of Antigua. This café was named after grandmother Mamma Lolly. A fascinating woman whose joy was food family and friends. The café was the perfect fusion of vibrant Caribbean colours, soul-soothing music, conversation, the smell of deliciousness, home-comfort, and incredibly tasty food. They made their own traditional Caribbean cooking sauces and hot pepper sauces for use in the café, from grandma’s home recipes. This is their opportunity to share with you, by way of their very special selection of sauces, Mamma Lolly’s genuine warmth and Caribbean authenticity.
