Our handmade, artisanal pasta in traditional shapes and sizes is bronze die cut, dried at low temperatures and made in Cosenza in Calabria.
Lumaconi (also known as Conchiglioni) are large pieces of open pasta, about the size of a ping pong ball, that look like snail shells (lumaca means snail), and are generally served stuffed and oven-baked. You can stuff them with your favourite filling - we recommend spinach and ricotta, aubergines or courgettes and gorgonzola.
