Letterbox Cake & Tea Gift Box by Blackberry Cottage - Letterbox Gift

Sending a cake and tea hug in the post. Letterbox gifts easily pop through the letter box, a generous slice of cake and an individually wrapped Fairtrade Clipper tea.

All made with vegetables as one of the largest ingredients. Everyone need a cake and tea hug.

• Sweet Potato Chocolate Brownie – made with wholemeal flour, giving it a wonderful texture, this is delicious warmed up.


• Courgette Flapjack – we have been told that this is the best flapjack ever tasted


• Carrot, Apricot & Almond – made with gram flour (chickpea) and no added refined sugar or added fats (although this is gluten free there is gluten in the kitchen)


• Beetroot & Kale Chocolate Sponge Cake - made with no added eggs or dairy it is also suitable for vegans

Our cakes come with a minimum 7 day shelf-life.

Please note: If no clear choice is given, the merchant shall choose which cake should be included depending on availability. If you order two boxes to the same address they will be posted together, and will not fit through the letter box, if you need them to fit through the letter box, please order them separately.

About the Producer
Blackberry Cottage Christmas puddings are traditional round, we start steaming our puddings in April, allowing them plenty of time to mature. The juicy fruit is steeped for up to two weeks before we add the rest of the ingredients and our own pudding spice mix.
