Another superb creation by White Lake's expert cheese makers. A semi-hard washed rind goat cheese. Washed in Somerset Cider Brandy this cheese has a slightly softer texture and a stronger and more complex flavour than its cousin Rachel. A pretty addition to any cheese board.
Katherine is a semi-hard unpasteurised goat's milk cheese that is washed with Somerset Cider Brandy and is made with raw milk and animal rennet.

Mainly they are focusing their knowledge in producing a range of fantastic goat cheeses and a few great cow’s milk cheeses. Opened in 2005 White Lake Cheese ltd has quickly established itself as a leading brand in the artisan cheese industry. Winning so many of awards over the years they don’t like to brag about them.

We aim to complete all orders received before 9am for a next day delivery unless you have requested a different delivery date. Orders received after 9am will be prepared and dispatch the following day for a delivery the day after.
Because most of our goods are perishable, your order will be packed in an insulated cardboard box filled with ice packs. We send goods by overnight carrier to destinations on the GB mainland only for a delivery by 16.00. We can deliver to your home or place of work, and to the home or work-place of your relatives, friends or colleagues. We must have a complete post code and telephone number for every delivery address. We can deliver on, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays ONLY.
Because most of our products are perishable, we highly recommend that you provide us with an alternative delivery instruction for any private address; such as "leave in porch/on step/with a neighbour/behind the bins". Please take great care when stipulating delivery locations, addresses and dates, because once these have been entered and you have received a confirmation email for your order, they cannot be changed.
Please make sure your order is stored in refrigerated storage/fridge as soon as it has been delivered.
