The Focaccia from Bari is an exquisite baked product typical of Puglia; made with a simple dough based on water, yeast, flour, and re-milled semolina that make it incredibly soft! Tall, with a crunchy, lightly oily edge and a very soft consistency, the Focaccia Barese is unparalleled goodness!
The classic focaccia is topped with cherry tomatoes scented with oregano, black olives and extra virgin olive oil, but in this trio we also offer the two variants, one topped with tomato sauce and one with rosemary.
All the focaccias are artisanally made, produced in Italy and packed in a protected atmosphere environment to preserve freshness.
Just heat them in oven at 220/250° for about 5/6 minutes and they are ready to eat! Weight and size may vary.
