Rich and fragrant, this basil pesto is made with olive oil, basil from Liguria, DOP Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and pine nuts. Our pesto is unpasteurised which allows the ingredients to retain the aroma, smell and nutritional values of the raw elements themselves.
What makes our pesto so rich and creamy? We make our Basil Pesto with DOP Parmesan cheese and 64g of fresh basil every 100g of pesto!

Prep & usage
Perfect on pasta, mozzarella or simply as a spread on bread. Recommended typologies of pasta with Basil Pesto: trofie genovesi, fusilli, gnocchi, penne, linguine, casarecce. Use 100g of Pesto every 500g of pasta and add extra virgin olive oil as needed.
Once opened keep it refrigerated and topped with oil up to 15 days.
