Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Our new collection of organic infused extra virgin olive oils are made in Southern Italy following a traditional, entirely natural process. Created by pressing zingy, organic Calabrian lemons together with organic, single estate Ottobratica olives, this unique oil is beautifully balanced, tasty and healthy. It is very low in acidity (just 0.2 per cent) and high in polyphenols (the anti-oxidants that are said to help prevent cancer, arteriosclerosis and slow down the ageing process).

This is the original infused oil - a classic Italian combination! It's the perfect accompaniment to summer salads, grilled vegetables, white meats and fish dishes, wonderful on pasta and also makes a great ingredient for tarts and cakes.

Chilli Pepper Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil: This ancient chilli pepper remedy should be used every day to add a chilli kick to every meal! Known for its aphrodisiac properties, chilli oil can be added to pasta, rice, meat and fish dishes, pizza and bruschetta! A little goes a long way!

Organic Garlic, Black Pepper and Balsamic Olive Oil: Our new collection of organic infused extra virgin olive oils are made in Southern Italy following a traditional, entirely natural process. Created by combining two Italian classics - organic Balsamic vinegar from Modena together with organic, single estate Ottobratica olives, this unique oil is beautifully balanced, tasty and healthy. It is very low in acidity (just 0.2 per cent) and high in polyphenols (the anti-oxidants that are said to help prevent cancer, arteriosclerosis and slow down the ageing process).

Fabulous as a salad dressing or simply as a dipping oil, this is the perfect accompaniment to your red meats, grilled and poached fish and a variety of cheeses.

We wrap each infused oil carefully and individually inside the box and then tie it with a beautiful ribbon.
