The aroma is floral, fruity and delicate, and the taste is very sweet, slightly acidic with hints of vanilla and flowery notes. A delicious honey combined with cheeses, especially pecorino and gorgonzola. Because of its light taste, this gorgeous looking honey is a real favourite with children and ideal on soft cheeses such as ricotta, yogurt, fruit and ice cream!
