This original recipe for Hedgerow Gin features crab apple, sloe stone, elderflower, nettle, wildflower meadow hay and rosehip, with the addition of rhubarb stemming from Yorkshire's long history of farming the tasty treat. Ought to be a great summer tipple when mixed with elderflower tonic.
