La Tourangelle operate in France and California but these two beautiful nut oils are both produced in their 150-year-old French artisan mill in the Loire Valley.
The wonderfully rounded flavour of the hazelnut oil makes it a really special product. Rich with the aroma of toasted nuts, the oil adds a depth to dishes and a delicious added layer of flavour that compliments fresh fish and carpaccio. To really savour the oil though, drizzle over pasta along with a squeeze of lemon or offer as a dip for hunks of fresh crusty bread.
La Tourangelle's walnut oil is made from lightly toasted walnuts to create a rich and aromatic oil. It's heavenly when used as a base for salad dressing or in baked goods.
