Prepared with stone ground, whole grain flour with wheat grown in Piemonte it contains super-healthy Goji berries and cranberries.

No preservatives, no added flavours, only mother yeast.
32 hours of natural leavening.
Vitamin E and polyphenols from extra virgin olive oil.
