The Guanaja is a 70% cocoa dark chocolate made with Criollos and Trinitarios beans which produce a well formed bar with a nice light gloss. The aroma is heavenly with a subtle fruity note overlayed by a slightly sour burnt coffee aroma. It melts beautifully in the mouth and finishes with a hint of lingering bitterness.
