• 1 x V (vee) Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 500ml: Vee Organic extra virgin olive oil is a high quality olive oil with a fruity and aromatic character, rich in antioxidants and vitamins. It is produced 100% from the first cold pressing of Koroneiki olives of Lasithi in Crete.

  1 x Kalamata Organic Olives unpitted, with bay 295g jar: The Organic Kalamata Demeter olives are hand picked to avoid any damage to the fruit. They are singled out by strict criteria, washed and kept in closed containers in sea salt brine for debittering.

  1 x Trikalinos Natural Sea Salt 300g: Trikalinos SEA SALT is a pure taste crystal salt that is harvested from traditional salt pans along the famous “Salinas” in Aitoliko – Mesolonghi Lagoon, in Greece. It is slightly moist yet crunchy. It retains the natural flavors and nutrients of the sea and it contains no additives, no anti-caking or any improvers. Obtained by gentle procedures through natural solar evaporation of the water in salt pans, that allows crystals to form and to capture unaltered minerals and trace elements.

  1 x Dikotylon Lentils 500g: Produced in Thessaly and packaged in Feneos by Fenea land, lentils are rich in iron and are a very good source of phosphorus, copper and fibre.

  1 x Organic Oregano 25g: Anthir are based in the west of Greece where they grow all their herbs organically and gently dry them to produce superior quality herbs for use both as infusions and in cooking. Oregano (rigani) must be the most uniquitous Greek culinary herb, flavouring all the classics including, lamb kleftiko, mousaka, lemony potatoes and of course a Greek salad.

  1 x Rizes Sweet Red Pepper Pâté 200g: Rizes Sweet Red Pepper Pâté is a handmade product of char-grilled sweet red pepper to which the addition of paprika powder and hot green pepper make for a particularly concentrated and slightly spicy pâté.
