Sicilian sea salt, known as Italy's 'White Gold' is harvested from the warm waters of some of the oldest salt marshes in Europe stretching across the west coast of Sicily between Marsala and Trapani. Sicilian sea salt is additive and preservative free and packed with minerals such as fluorine, iodine, magnesium and potassium.
Excellent for just sprinkling on your salads, pasta dishes or vegetables to add flavour and aroma. Great for cooking with, especially for seasoning and flavouring roast, grilled and boiled meat. Brilliant for flavouring sauces too!
