About the Producer
Womersley was launched by Aline and Martin Parsons from their home, Womersley Hall, Yorkshire in 1979, using their home grown specialist herbs and fruits as the key ingredients. Since 2009, it has been run by their son, Rupert, who shares his parents’ botanical enthusiasm, from his home in the Cotswolds. Their delicious fruit vinegars are popular with home cooks and chefs alike because they are very versatile.
