This mix makes a mild, thin crusted, flavourful bread with an open crumb. It has a wonderful oaty rich flavour, wonderful with lashings of butter and soup on a winter's day, or with a salad in the summer. It also lends itself wonderfully to having extras added in. Our favourites are olives and sundried tomatoes! Also great as garlic bread!
Just add water. No kneading. All you need is a mixing bowl and spatula!

Prep & Usage
Empty contents into bowl and add 215ml water. stir gently to combine the mix with the water. once combined let it stand for 5 minutes, then stir vigorously for 1 minute. Do not overstir! Place dough onto the parchment sheet provided. Smooth down the surface using a wet spatula or similar. You can sprinkle the surface with a gluten flour flour or seeds as preferred. Place the bread in the baking bag provided and seal the opening by folding over. You can staple it shut or run your thumb hard down the fold, to prevent it opening during baking. Place in pre-heated oven at 210C for 90 minutes. If your oven is convection or fan assisted reduce the temperature by 10C. Once cooked, remove from baking back on cool on a rack. Once completely cooled enjoy!
