This gin has just two botanicals, juniper and bergamot oranges. From the trees to your taste buds. Gin Eva blended the bergamot spirit with a distillate of Macedonian juniper (the biggest and sweetest juniper berries they ever had) and decided to add nothing else. Impressed by the complexity and depth of the gin, while only using 2 botanicals, Gin Eva decided to give the gin a few months of rest, so the essential oils could oxidize and reach their full flavour. The result is a great sipping gin.

Rather citrus forward and crisp, it also works great as a digestif after a nice meal - neat or on ice. It makes a great G&T and an even better 50/50 Martini.
