Garlic Oil & Indian Spice Blend Rapeseed Oil Set

Two great oils created with chef Jay Allan of Hillside Foods, pure natural garlic oil and indian spice blend oil. Both oils are infused with our year-on-year Great Taste award winning rapeseed oil. Use pure natural garlic oil to evoke a subtle flavour of the Mediterranean or the Indian Spice Blend for a subtle flavour of south India.

Use garlic oil to add a touch of sophistication to any dish. For dipping, drizzling, roasting and wok cooking. Great as the base for dressings, adding to pre-prepared dishes or cooking from scratch.

Use India spice blend oil for curries and marinades or use as a rub. Cook from scratch or add to pm-prepared. Dip, drizzle, roast or use in a wok. Shake very well to mix the spices before use.

What is cold pressing?
Exactly that, when the rapeseeds have ripened they are harvested, pressed at a low temperature to release their natural oil, naturally settled, filtered and bottled so none of the nutrients are lost.

Why aluminium bottles?
Natural oils are best kept completely in the dark. It’s shatterproof, space saving and much lighter to carry and transport than glass. It also wins on recycling!
