Bath Culture House's garlic and herb soft, cultured plant-based cheese is the culmination of the experiments of an ex-dairy cheesemaker! It's got the perfect variety of herbs to lend itself to sourdough, oatcakes or topping pizza. It's gorgeously simple; a straight-talking alternate to soft goat's cheese. We use fermented organic cashew nuts that contain plenty of minerals such as magnesium and iron. Because of the fermentation process, this product has a variety of 'good', friendly bacteria.

At Bath Culture House, being responsible to every person and business we 'touch' is very important to us. We like to support local businesses as much as possible, so buy our vegetables from local suppliers including The Community Farm. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and has been chosen for the products we make to remain as fresh as possible - like with our cardboard vegan cheese 'tubs', which allow the cheese to 'breathe' properly. Furthermore, we use a 'Tintoretto' type label which contains no plastic at all, to label our products.
