Philotimo Forest and Flowers organic honey is harvested from bee colonies located in plants from Arcadia, known for its rich native vegetation. This helps create a bright honey colour whilst its flavour is full and sweet.

Forest and Flowers honey texture naturally crystallises, however it can be reset to a liquid form if the vase of honey is set in a pot of hot water (up to 45 deg C or 110 deg F).
