We only source our beef from quality, 100% British & Irish closed-herd farms. Our cows are able to graze on fresh and delicious grass, having a proper life. We marinade the beef in the finest herbs and spices, before hanging it to dry for 4-5 days. As our beef is dried and unprocessed, it will eventually mould over time, so we use as little Potassium Sorbet as possible (0.006g) to make it last a little longer. We add Sodium Nitrate to protect the colour of the meat and our biltong is dried and never reaches a temperature of more than 65°C.
