For this cheese celebration cake, our delicious 2.25kg Double Gloucester & Chive Cheese Wheel comes as standard for the foundation, but you are required to choose the following: 5 x 145g Lymn Bank cheese barrels, a choice of either 2kg Cheese Truckle Wheel, 1 x 200g cheese truckle, and 1 x 200g heart-shaped cheese truckle to complete this celebration cheese cake.

Altogether this celebration cheese cake weighs 5.4 kg in total with enough cheese for 80-90 people.
