The combination of all the ingredients in fesenjan (also called fisenjoon) is simply genius! This dish will warm the heart and quickly become a favourite when entertaining.

Prep & Usage
Cook off your chosen meat, preferably chicken, but experiment with whatever you wish. Add the paste and add water to cover. Add dried fruit to your taste of sweetness. Highly recommend no sugar is used. Garnish with pomegranate and simmer for 2 hours. Enjoy with rice or just some freshly baked bread. Just as good cold.
