About the Producer
Here at Blackberry Cottage we lovingly bake all our cakes in small batches using our very own eggs and vegetables where possible to make sure you get a best quality, locally sourced and delicious cake every time. Our cakes have been featured in Vogue, Saturday Independent, Daily Telegraph and the Daily Mail to name just a few. and we are very proud holders of the BBC Good Food Producers of Excellence British Specialty Food Award.

Our goal is to get the nation excited about new ways of creating our favourite food, and by incorporating unusual veggies into our cakes we hope to widen appreciation of our lesser used vegetable such as our fabulous UK produced aubergines, celeriac and parsnips which really do pack a punch in our home made cakes.
