You might think that this is impossible but it is true! You can now make a whole English Raclette Party from this selection. James Montgomery has created and is making in Somerset this raclette style cheese which can easily compete with French or Swiss raclette. Then we have added a great selection of Artisan British Charcuterie which is a really hot topic in the food industry at the moment. You just have to boil the potatoes, get a few cornichons and your raclette party set plugged in. We recommend between 200g to 250g of cheese per head.

The cheese is washed with a special brine every three days to achieve a slightly pungent moist rind which softens the cheese and gives it an extra depth of flavour. This award winning salami with rosemary is made using Freedom Food approved, outdoor bred pork from the family farm. Taking the finest cuts of pork, salt, spices, garlic, a little red wine and fresh rosemary leaves are added before the salamis are hung to air dry. The resulting salamis are not too fatty and have a fabulous depth of flavour.
Black Combe Ham Sliced Woodall's 70g
A delicately spiced cured and smoked ham from award winning British Charcuterie producer Woodall's, offering a depth of flavour to rival traditional cured hams. The Black Combe ham is hand rubbed with a spiced dry cure mix then cold smoked in oak for 5 hours before being left to naturally air dry for at least 6 months. This ham finds a perfect balance between being aromatic and distinct but never overpowering.
Smoked Pancetta Woodall's 100g
A unique British smoked pancetta full of flavours ready to eat and also ideal for cooking. The Pancetta starts with British pork bellies, selected for an even distribution of fat to lean.
The bellies are hand salted then allowed to rest for 7 days, hung for a couple of days and then smoked for 5 hours. Unlike many pancetta's on the market today the Woodall's product is traditionally matured over 45 days.
