Prep & usage
Infuse one heaped teaspoon (3g) per serving in water just off the boil (98 deg C) for 2-3 minutes. Best drunk black, or with a little milk (infuse for longer).
Keep your tea fresh. Reseal after use, store in a cool, dry place away from strong odours and use within the best before the date on the tin.
