A rare single cask from Inchgower distillery in Speyside. Toasted walnuts, mint chocolate and ground coffee - then apple crumble with a wonderful pepper and clove spice. Rich and deeply fruity with a salty tang and elegant dry finish.

This hand-picked single malt comes from one of Scotland's most celebrated distilleries, Inchgower distillery in Speyside. Each cask is bottled at natural strength without colouring additives or chill-filtration, enhancing the smell, mouthfeel and flavour profile. Depending on the age and cask type, only between 100 and 250 bottles are produced.

A rather fabulous bottling of Inchgower Single Malt. You don't see a lot of this, as a large percentage of their whisky is earmarked for use in blends. Experience aromas of candied citrus, rich toasted nuts.

On the palate; white chocolate chip cookie, stewed apple and a pinch of pepper. A rich fruity jam on a dry finish.
